These terms cover your use of Recurring Issues for Jira (the "app"), provided by Jacob Haskins. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
The app creates Jira issues and subtasks on the recurring schedules you configure. You are responsible for the schedules, templates, and target projects you set up, and for the issues the app creates on your behalf as a result.
The app is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on the Atlassian Forge platform to run. It may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, platform changes, or issues outside our control. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
The app is free for up to 10 users. Paid plans are sold and billed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace, and are subject to Atlassian's purchasing terms. Any billing questions handled by Atlassian follow their policies.
Don't use the app to violate Atlassian's terms, to disrupt the platform, or to attempt to circumvent its licensing. We may discontinue support for installations that abuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its maker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including issues created (or not created) as a result of your schedule configuration. Please verify your schedules before relying on them for critical work.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
