Recurring Issues for Jira (the "app") is built and maintained by Jacob Haskins. This policy explains what the app accesses, what it stores, and where that data lives. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legalese.
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. Your data never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. There are no external servers, no third-party analytics, and nothing is sold or shared.
To create issues on the schedules you configure, the app uses the Jira permissions you grant at install time: reading and writing Jira work items (projects, issue types, fields, issues, and subtasks). It only acts on the projects and issue types you select for a schedule.
The app stores the schedules you create — the target project and issue type, the issue template you define (summary, description, fields, subtasks), the recurrence rule, and related settings such as weekend skipping. This configuration is saved in Atlassian's Forge hosted storage, inside your own Atlassian environment.
The app does not copy or store personal information (such as account identifiers) in any external system. Any Jira data it reads is used only, and momentarily, to create the issues you have scheduled.
None. Because the app runs on Forge with no external egress, your data is not transmitted to any server outside Atlassian, and no third-party processors are involved.
Schedules are kept until you delete them or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app's stored configuration from your Atlassian environment.
